Watermelon Lime Smoothie

  • 2 cups  frozen watermelon
  • 1 lime, zest and juice* 
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp sugar or honey
  • Fresh or frozen strawberries (optional)

BLEND the melon and other ingredients. Add water if necessary to thin.

* If you have powerful blender, zest the lime then cut off the peel and add the whole, peeled lime to the smoothie.
