Spaghetti 4 ways

One package of pasta can be cooked then divided to make a variety of dishes.

1-Spaghetti topped with chili and a generous pile of shredded cheese (Cincinnati Chili)

2-Red sauce (Marinara or meat)

3-Lo Mein: Sauté 2 carrots and 2 red peppers in a bit of oil for a few minutes. Add some green onion if desired. In a small bowl mix: 1 Tablespoons soy sauce, and 1 Tablespoons sugar, a bit of grated ginger, some garlic powder and a dash of Sriracha sauce. Heat then add the spaghetti and finish with honey-roasted sunflower seeds and a bit of sesame oil.

4-Peanut Noodles: (Em’s Fav) 1 Tablespoon sesame oil, 3 Tablespoons peanut butter, 1 Tablespoon fresh ginger grated and some red pepper flakes or sriracha sauce. Add 3 Tablespoons hot water, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, 2 Tablespoons soy sauce, 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar OR red wine vinegar OR sherry vinegar. Combine and toss over warm noodles. Also delicious with edamame, julienned carrots and peanuts.
