INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup milk or water
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 1 generous Tablespoon vanilla yogurt (optional)
- ADD all ingredients to a small bowl or jar.
- WHISK or use a fork to combine ingredients.
- COVER and refrigerate overnight.
- ADD toppings and more milk if desired.

- Frozen fruit (frozen berries can be slow-thawed by adding them to the top of the oat mixture before refrigerating)
