Jen’s Strawberry Shake

Method: Blender
Yield: 2 Servings (3 cups)
  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Splash of vanilla
  • 2 cups frozen sliced strawberries (or about 16 whole, large berries)
  1. BLEND everything EXCEPT the strawberries until mixed and frothy.
  2. ADD the strawberries.
  3. START the blender on the lowest speed and increase the speed until the berries are incorporated.
