Funfetti Popcorn

  • About 12 cups lightly salted popcorn 
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips 
  • 1 generous cup Funfetti cake mix (dry) 
  • 1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil 
  • 3 to 6 Tablespoons sprinkles
  1. MAKE stove-top popcorn or air-pop popcorn.
  2. REMOVE any un-popped kernels from the popcorn and spread popcorn on a large baking sheet. 
  3. MELT the white chocolate on 50% power in the microwave. Stirring every minute or so until the chocolate smooths out. Stir in the oil and cake mix until smooth.
  4. ADD 3 Tablespoons sprinkles.
  5. POUR over the popcorn and gently mix until the popcorn is coated.
  6. SPRINKLE on an addition 1-2 Tablespoons of sprinkles if desired.
  7. ALLOW popcorn to set and serve.
