Finger Jello

  • 2-1/2 cups boiling water
  • 2 large packages (8-serving size) gelatin, any flavor, regular or sugar-free
  1. Prepare an 8×8 inch glass dish by coating it lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Use a paper towel to wipe the inside of the dish to evenly distribute the cooking spray.
  2. Open the gelatin packages while the water heats. Once the water is boiling, carefully pour the gelatin into the pan. Stir for about 3 minutes–until the gelatin is throughly dissolved.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish. Refrigerate for a few hours.
  4. Cut into desired size pieces and serve. Cover any remaining squares with plastic wrap.

*Double the fun! This recipe can be easily doubled and poured into a 9″x13″ glass dish.
