- 2-1/2 cups boiling water
- 2 large packages (8-serving size) gelatin, any flavor, regular or sugar-free
- Prepare an 8×8 inch glass dish by coating it lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Use a paper towel to wipe the inside of the dish to evenly distribute the cooking spray.
- Open the gelatin packages while the water heats. Once the water is boiling, carefully pour the gelatin into the pan. Stir for about 3 minutes–until the gelatin is throughly dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish. Refrigerate for a few hours.
- Cut into desired size pieces and serve. Cover any remaining squares with plastic wrap.
*Double the fun! This recipe can be easily doubled and poured into a 9″x13″ glass dish.
