- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- ADD first 3 ingredients to a medium size sauce pan.
- HEAT on medium-high until the mixture bubbles, stirring frequently.
- REMOVE from heat and stir in the salt and vanilla.
- SERVE warm.

- REFRIGERATE leftover syrup and reheat in a hot water bath.
