Soft-set caramel coats the popcorn beautifully
- 3 batches of air-popped popcorn or stove-top popcorn; remove any un-popped kernels
- 2 cubes butter, melted
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- MIX butter, sugar and corn syrup in saucepan.
- BRING to a boil stirring constantly.
- ADD sweetened condensed milk and bring back to a boil.
- CAREFULLY pour over popcorn. Stir well
