Caramel Popcorn

Soft-set caramel coats the popcorn beautifully

  • 3 batches of air-popped popcorn or stove-top popcorn; remove any un-popped kernels
  • 2 cubes butter, melted
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  1. MIX butter, sugar and corn syrup in saucepan. 
  2. BRING to a boil stirring constantly. 
  3. ADD sweetened condensed milk and bring back to a boil. 
  4. CAREFULLY pour over popcorn. Stir well
